The Indian South East Cargo and Logistics Awards committee has named Höegh Autoliners as winners of 'Shipping Line of the Year – RoRo Operator' during its Awards event in Chennai.

Atuldutt Sharma, Breakbulk Sales Manager for Höegh in India said: “This is the first time that Höegh Autoliners wins this award. It is a recognition for our good service from South India catering to cargoes originating from South and East India."

Höegh Autoliners is a major ro-ro operator in India, with two or three sailings every month, providing direct access from Pipavav, Mumbai, and Ennore to around 20 destinations in Africa and the Americas on regular services. Additionally, Höegh Autoliners provides direct sailings from Ennore to Singapore, Laem Chabang, Shanghai, Korea and Japan with one to two sailings every month.

Earlier this year, Höegh Autoliners was awarded “Best Shipping Line of the Year – RoRo Operator” at the India Maritime Awards held in Mumbai.
